WESTSIDE SUNS PROGRAMS
Lil’ Suns is a beginners basketball program that provides girls and boys between 3 to 4 year olds the opportunity to experience basketball for the first time. Lil’ Suns program is designed to provide a positive environment for exploration, inclusion, basic motor skills acquisition and having fun.
Our 8-week, 30 minute session program is priced at just $45.

An additional new-starters pack for $20 must be purchased in a child's first term with the program, which includes a program t-shirt.
Junior Suns is a beginners basketball program designed for 5 to 8 year olds, with a focus on individual skill development, whilst encouraging participation and teamwork through fun games and competitive activities.
Junior Suns runs for 8-weeks, with 60 minute sessions, priced at just $70.

The Rising Suns Academy is our skills-based U8 development program, designed to give young players a fun and supportive start in basketball. It’s the perfect bridge between beginner training and competitive basketball, ensuring every child builds strong foundations from the start.

COACHES
Coach Nathan
Head of Development
Program Lead
Nathan is the Westside Suns Head of Development. In this role, he manages the Lil' Suns and Junior Suns programs and serves as the primary contact for any inquiries related to these programs.
Nathan brings a wealth of coaching experience as Accredited Performance Coach. His background encompasses coaching in various settings, including the National Performance Program, State/Future Programs, as well as Representative and Domestic competitions.
